About the Position:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist international clients by answering their questions and solving their issues related to internet and TV services. Your role involves troubleshooting technical problems, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll play a key role in enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in English.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with internet and TV services.
- Assist with billing and account-related questions.
- Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
Employee requirements
– Fluent in English (spoken and written)
– Previous experience in customer support, preferably in telecommunications or tech
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to remain calm under pressure
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
– Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
