We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team on behalf of our client, a major provider of telecommunications services in North America.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls with a professional and friendly approach.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone..
• Troubleshoot network, connection, and TV issues, offering basic technical support.
• Navigate customers through troubleshooting processes or dispatch a technician when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for further assistance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
Attention! It´s not a sales position. Work will be performed in the afternoon and night hours with 9 hour shifts.

Employee requirements
• Advanced spoken English: B2-C1
• Stress resilience is needed
• Basic technical knowledge (IP, router,…) is required = be prepared for the interview
• Communicative
• Must be able to communicate and navigate the customer.
• Must be clear, understandable and able to think “out of the box”
• Able to work in a 24/7 shift environment
